My name is Michaela and I absolutely love horses. I caught the horse bug at a relatively young age. At the age of 3 I was already sitting in the saddle of our pony mare Minimaus and that's how I started my riding career. Since then I have been surrounded by horses every day and can no longer imagine life without them. For me, riding is a way of life and the love of horses is something very special.
But my heart beats not only for horses, but also for dogs. Ever since we took in our family dog Rocky and saved him from the animal shelter, I have been an absolute dog fan and grateful for every day that he accompanies us in our everyday lives.
Besides my passion for horses and dogs, I have another passion - photography.
When I look through the camera, my field of vision is reduced to what is essential at that moment. I love using my camera to capture special moments in life and to express my view of the world in my pictures. They are not just photos that emerge. They are pictures that create memories. Memories of what we loved, how we lived and laughed. They are pictures that later become the only thing that brings us back to that moment and that feeling for a brief moment.
As a mother of two and an aunt of two, I naturally always follow the children growing up with my camera. And yes - I really enjoy taking photos of children! It's always exciting because children have their own minds and they don't always do what parents or photographers want. But that's a good thing because it creates great and authentic pictures that show the children as they are and not as you would like them to be.
I really enjoy working as a photographer! It's so nice when I can bring joy to people through my pictures. I'm excited about the future and look forward to many great shoots and moments that I can capture with my camera.
